Kendrick Pierce & Co. was founded in 1995 by Richard Hunt and Russell Hunt with the purpose of serving the investment banking needs of financial institutions located in Florida and throughout the Southeast.
Our primary industry focus is on financial services such as banks and thrifts, outsourcing financial services, asset managers and specialty lenders. In addition to our primary industry focus, our principals have industry and transaction experience in select middle market companies.
The single most important asset that Kendrick Pierce & Co. brings to assignments is its professional staff. The transactions that we complete for our clients require a high level of both financial and technical expertise as well as committed teamwork. Kendrick Pierce & Co.’s principals have a record of initiating and completing successful transactions and developing structures appropriate to the unique characteristics of each individual situation.
Our team of professionals consists of the following individuals:
Mr. Hunt co-founded Kendrick Pierce in 1995. Mr. Hunt served as investment banker and adviser to over 400 banks and financial services companies.
Mr. Hunt co-founded Kendrick Pierce & Co. in 1995 and has over 15 years investment banking experience which includes over 50 transactions for financial institutions
Mr. Hunt joined Kendrick Pierce & Co. in 1998. Since joining Kendrick Pierce, Mr. Hunt has been active in over 25 transactions and advisory assignments for financial institutions
Ms. Della Bella joined Kendrick Pierce & Co. in November 2000. Ms. Della Bella is responsible for office management and administrative support for the firm.
Ms. Furman joined Kendrick Pierce & Co. in October 2007. Ms. Furman is responsible for administrative support for the firm.
