
Richard P. Hunt, Mr. Hunt co-founded Kendrick Pierce & Co. in 1995. Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Hunt served as investment banker and advisor to over 400 banks and financial services companies on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings, strategic planning and other advisory assignments.
He served as lead advisor in over 100 new bank and thrift formations, and was a nationally recognized expert in new bank formations and the financial services industry. Prior to co-founding Kendrick Pierce & Co., Mr. Hunt served as head of Corporate Finance for the Southeast region of a nationally recognized investment banking firm specializing in financial institutions.
Previously, Mr. Hunt served as Chairman, President and Founding Director of The Hunt Group, Inc., an investment banking and advisory firm specializing in financial institutions which was acquired in late 1992.
