Mr. Hunt joined Kendrick Pierce & Co. in 1998. Since joining Kendrick Pierce & Co., Mr. Hunt has been active in over 40 transactions and advisory assignments for financial services companies.
Mr. Hunt's activity has involved merger and acquisition advisory, strategic financial advisory, the public offering of equity securities and the private placement of both debt and equity securities.
Mr. Hunt received a B.S. in Chemistry, with minors in Industrial Psychology and Earth & Atmospheric Sciences, from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Professional designations include FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63.
