Kendrick Pierce & Co is an independent investment bank that provides capital raising services and mergers and acquisition advice to middle-market and emerging growth companies.

The firm was founded by Russell Hunt and Richard Hunt in 1995 with an initial focus on the financial services industry. The firm is co-managed by Russell Hunt and Jeffrey Hunt, and as a growth-oriented company, we continue to expand our industry focus based on our extensive transactional experience and the knowledge of our senior professionals.

In conjunction with our investment banking services, we are active investors in client transactions through our firm’s capital and select special purpose funds. Our merchant banking activity is an important component of our success.
